Played valorant in the past, can’t play comp?

I last played about a year ago and completed placements and got placed around silver 1. Now when I open my account it’s at level 1 and I can’t play comp anymore. Did anyone else have to relevel their account to 20 as well?

Anyone else feeling like the game is a lot slower now?

Text chat, matchmaking, and loading into the game lobby has been taking forever. I just got kicked and given an afk warning for not being able to connect to the lobby. Never had the problem this bad until now.
