I have a question for people who play competitive - if you have mic, why do you not use it? Just curious to know peoples answers, I've played so many ranked games lately (Gold/plat) where people will talk in agent select/pregame and then not use their mics to give any comms?

EDIT: I'm a girl, and I do get harassed as well, but I've realised the higher in plat I play, the nicer people are/the nicer the comms are? Is this just OCE servers?
