Playing sentinal/controller is annoying af cause you get 10-20 elo when you win and lose 15-28 elo when you lose

my last 10 comp games that I've played have been-24 elo (cypher)+15 elo (kayo)+13 elo (astra)-19 elo (astra)-19 elo (cypher)-18 elo (cypher)+11 elo (astra)+13 elo (cypher)+19 elo (cypher)-23 elo (astra)

If you've got a pair of eyes you'll notice that I've not gotten more than 20 elo on a win and lost nothing less that 18 elo on a loss. This is mainly cause as a supporting player, I'm not fragging out as much and providing info/site holds/smokes to teammates who frag. I always get decent combat score/econ rating as I win most of the 1v1's I'm in, but there aren't many of them, my kda is around 1-1.5, so I can't understand why I'm getting no elo, and losing a ton. Paired with that fact that, as a recently deranked s3, a large portion (40ish%) of my games have throwers/griefers cause it's low elo and people don't really try. This lack of reliability on teammates as well as the fact that some people don't have mics, and if they do, most of the time they don't use it, I've been hard stuck s2-3 for the past month now. To those people who are gonna say "just get a 5 stack", it's not that easy, most of my friends (including myself) don't just play valorant all day, and have activities outside of the game and as well as being in different time zones (western australia, south australia, victoria/nsw, new zealand) make stacks quite hard to coordinate so I find myself 2-3 stacking and hoping to get some good teammates. If anyone has anyway to help me with this it'd be greatly appreciated. If you made it this far, thank you for reading this all.

edit: my friends who are also s2-3 are getting basically the same kda as me, but getting way more elo (20-25) and losing way less (10-15)

edit 2: more information, my win/loss rate is 60 wins, 59 losses

edit 5926: When I listed the agents I played in my last ten games, I should have listed what class I was playing cause people have now seen this as me thinking that rr is gained/lost depending on what agents you play. The reason I put the agent I was playing as there, was more of a point that I was playing supporting roles.
