Just got 14 rounds into a game and someone had to leave, knowing they had a certain time constraint, saying "I thought we would have won by now." You thought you were going to 13-1 a team????? Most games take 30-40 minutes, if you can't swing that amount of time, don't queue for a full game. Just play spike rush or death match before you have to leave, don't leave your team down a player because you're unaware of how the passage of time works.

Obviously sudden 'dinner time' calls happen, but if you know you have to leave in 20 minutes, don't queue for a full game.
