If this is your first act reset in Valorant, it's time to accept how the rank reset works.
ALL players are deranked 3-5 ranks, that's just how it is.
We don't need a wall of text explaining how you were Gold 3 and top fragged every placement game but still only won 2 of the 5 and were surpsrised that you were placed in Bronze.
I am not going to explain Rank vs MMR (There are plenty of videos, posts, and in this subreddit's FAQ pages, found here.)
If you are as skilled as you think you are, then it should not be a problem climbing back to your old rank right?
EDIT: Removed a sentence that contradicted a previous statement.
EDIT 2: I wasn't expecting this post to gain so much traction, obviously a nerve has been struck with some people but that's okay. I hope all of you who fell several ranks hard manage to grind back to your desired rank or even higher this act :) good luck out there
