Just make it so that if an enemy is in line of sight they do not get an outline. Cyphers traps already work this way, so why can't his ult? Sometimes using cyphers ult is the reason that I lose a game because it throws off my aim for just a moment.

Personal Opinion: I hope the next controller agent is more like Viper
As someone who plays fill (so mostly smokes) I rly wish the next controller agent doesn’t have to go into an alternate mode to have to smoke.
