This is a PSA. If someone is griefing, shouting too loudly on mic, heavily backseating, or just being plain annoying, don't be afraid to use the mute feature.
I've heard the "but they might provide info at some point" excuse way too many times. Trust me, the focus bonus you gain by no longer having to listen to their shit increases your win probability far more than waiting for the small probability that they might say something useful at some point.
