So since there have been people talking about some hopefully future cypher buffs:
What could they even do to make him more usefull?
I only have one thing in mind, and that is to revert him back to his beta state. Back then i he was really broken, but that was only because of the lack of champions that could outplay his abilities. Now we have Chamber that outperform him, and kay/o to shut down his abilites for a long duration of time. Not to mention Skye and Fade.
I think it would give him a healthy state in the meta with his old abilities.

Any ideas on how they could possibly buff him, other than reverting him back to the beta state?
