Hi,
I think I solved some of the stuttering and low FPS issue. From 200-250 FPS after the icebox patch I had maximum 150 with constant 100 and combat even went around 50 FPS + stuttering and around 10-12ms game latency, also when I used my knife(it's the most blatant way) I hit a wall and after half a second after the animation i hear the punch sound in the wall and also the hole appears.
Now i have 180-210 FPS and no more stutters and 5-6ms game latency, sometimes it get's worse like 8-9ms and 140 fps but it's more fluid and you can shoot well.
What i did: Went in Task manager
- details/ valorant thing.exe - right click/set priority/ Real time
- right click again and clicked on UAC virtualization (after that it should show "enabled" in the UAC virtualization column.
This trick i did on my old laptop when i was playing CSGO and got me stable fps and a more smooth experience. Your result may vary depending on your configuration.
My "rig" : Asus TUF A506 - 4800H, 1660Ti, 2x8=16gb dual channel 3200mhz, windows 10 and all drivers up to date.

For those that don't know, JessieVash from Team Secret used to play pro-level Dota 2 and was successful regionally (even being able to participate in the Frankfurt Major in 2015) up until he switched games over to Valorant
