Ok, so today we got our new "State of the Agents" blog. The blog mostly contains information about how they want the new agent to be but not much about the new agent itself except that he focuses on gathering local info. Now they also leaked an image in there that I believe contains agent 20'so coffee mug and desktop. Like here:

You can also see the eye-like design on the mug and a laptop containing Sova's information. But our main focus is the billboard. You can see that the whole billboard is targeted on cypher. Now it may look like he is trying to hunt cypher, but my theory is that he is trying to give cypher he deserved justice. What do I mean? See when the blackmailer first sent a mail to brim, he was telling them about the wrong thing they did and if they don't prove their innocence, he will give their information to the public. I think he is trying to give justice to cypher. My theory is that the valorant protocol REALLY needed someone who can get the information (like now) and they were forced to kill cypher's family and inform him that kingdom did it. Now cypher already hated kingdom for using his city for money and believed them instantly. Wanting to take revenge he joined the valorant protocol and started working for them in hope of someday getting his revenge on the kingdom. Note that only some important agents of the valorant protocol know about this. Now agent 20 also knows about this and is trying to find a way to contact cypher in order to tell him everything but since cypher is an amazing tech guy, it is proving hard for agent 20 to reach him individually. Now agents like brimstone, Sova and viper already know about the wrong things they did and are trying to null this person out because if cypher knows about this then only will the valorant protocol lose a critical part of their team but also you bet his revenge on the valorant protocol will be fatal. And this I think is agent 20's main goal. Give cypher his justice and end the valorant protocol. Now I might be wrong here but this is a theory.
