I haven't seen anyone talking about this but in my experience so far in Act 3 this has stabilized the ranks! Before this change I played against or with diamonds who were playing on Gold level and sometimes they were playing on Radiant level. This happened consistently through Beta, Act 1 and Act 2!

Now in Act 3 I've finally seen stabilization! Diamonds consistently play like Diamonds should and Immortals play like Immortals should. I feel much less lottery in solo queue.

Anyone else feel like that?

(I believe this happens because before this change Diamonds sometimes played with literal Gold players and sometimes with literal Radiants, obviously winning/losing was more luck based then)
