Premier is one of if not the best addition I’ve seen to valorant, and for a beta test they did a lot right. But there is no reason to restrict it to Saturday and Monday night from 8-9. I think having Friday night as an option as well would make things much more flexible. Also I think opening it for 2 hours might be better just in case someone on your team comes late, you can still play 2 games in one night.

I think that valorant should have a way to tell how close or far you are from losing/gaining a rank.
I think a chart that tells you how much mmr you gained/lost would help a lot. it would make it much easier to tell your mmr than the arrow system that is inplace right now.
