Problem with Jett's Dash?

not sure if this happens to anyone else, but sometimes Jett's dash just doesn't register?

like when you initally hit whatevery keybind you have for dash, sometimes it goes to dash and then it like lag's/your dash is then refreshed as if you never used the ability?

There seems to be breakable items in the game. The pot in BIND for example.. or the snowman in ICEBOX.. Has anyone found anything else?
