PSA: Riot has changed the refund policy on weapon skins

For anyone that doesn't know, Riot has changed their skin refund policy so that if you use the skin AT ALL (this includes the firing range) it becomes non-refundable. A lot of people don't know about this so I wanted to make sure it's known.
