So what does the winning team get for challengers league? I’ve heard before its a spot for franchise but I honestly have no clue and I can’t find anything online about it

Can someone tell me more about the lore?
All i know is radiant exploded and valorant tries to destroy radiant. But whenever for example viper and sage talks about a deal sage offered to her i get confused.
