Do you actually have time to readjust your aim and make sure your crosshair is on target before shooting or is your aim just good enough to wear you don't have to do that? I can consistently get around 25 on medium by consciously readjusting over/under flicks, but on hard i rarely ever get above 12-13 because i find it too fast to actually readjust.
