Quests encourage bad plays and habits.

So... daily and weekly quests as they are, encourage us to burn resources needlessly to complete them and incentivize players to play the "wrong way".

Quests like "Use ultimate X times", "Buy 20 guns", "Throw 150 skills" forces us to have poor resource management, in my case I was dropping guns and rebuying every round to complete it faster, and didn't have enough money for buy rounds.

Quests like "Get X ultimate orbs" forces us to move away from the objective and make suboptimal/risky plays with no benefits for the match apart from getting XP.

Quests like "Kill X opponents" forces us to chase after kills instead of defending the objective.

IMO quests should incentivize people to play correctly and allow for more comp diversity without influencing the game directly. It'd be better to have quests like "play x games as Controller" or have Y kills AND assists or hit Z harmful skills on enemies OR beneficial skills on allies.
