Why do I have a queue dodge warning when I log in the game but I'm not ever queued when I closed it? Is this another stupid annoying bug?

Why is the "Use" button for abilities and stuff like ropes/orbs the same?
For real, if im trying to take my wire or cam near a main point or a rope im basically fucked cause i cant get the items. It happened to me so often in split that i wanted to take my cam but lost a few seconds each time that could make the...
