I don't remember where I heard this from but one of the best things I have done to improve my mentality in this game is to unbind tab -> scoreboard. When you look at the numbers when you are having a bad game it can ruin how you play. I unbound tab and my mentality has been so much better. I keep focused on the round and how I can help my team win. Just a quick tip, try it out!

Can't stop aiming down.
So, a while back I saw people aiming low whenever they're spraying with the vandal or phantom. And I started doing it too, which got me a bit more kills. But I'm not sure if something changed with an update or something but that ain't work...
