Random player knew what skins I had equipped?

Is there some sort of app or overlay available that let's you see other player's skins? I had a game last night where a player knew exactly what skins I had equipped.

Unrelated note, but it was a Duelist insta-lock 3 stack that threw my game... Unfortunate.
