I don't know why Riot still hasn't implemented that. Because right now I don't feel the need in buying multiple Skins. I just own one skin for the weapons I like and go on with them. However if there would be a option to select random skins you own at the start of every game and maybe even random color option I would be well more endorsed to maybe buy another skin...
