I would usually pick a locked agent (before it's locked let's say Reyna or Raze since they get insta-locked the most) and then wait for the game to lock me with a random agent, that's one way to randomize.
or u can use a website like (Valorant Randomizer) but I personally don't do that.
why is this still not a built-in option in the game?
In 50% of my unranked games, I will go random, and frankly, I feel bad to waste someone's time by dragging the picking time to its end.
It will be nice if we can randomly lock agents in the future.

The issue with the Operator is level design and more flashes won't help
Basically the title. Riot have given us an agent with 3 flashes that she can guide through walls, buffed breach to a point where he is OP JUST to boost his pick rate, and have neglected the weakening Phoenix Flashes.
