I’ve just hit diamond so does that mean I’ll get the diamond charm next act ? Or do I need to fill out the triangle with diamond wins ?
Also will I get the animated charm or do I need to do something extra for that ?

1 hour ban in not selecting Agent in Spike Rush
Is it logical to restrict for 1 hour when Agent is not selected that too in Spike Rush? IMO this ban should only be in Competitive. Sometimes, players play casually when waiting for their squad to be online or as a warm-up game.
