Ranked games MMR disparity?

Solo queue. I'm the P3; more or less 800rr difference to S1. Any devs would care to explain? Please? With or without comms, S1's game sense is not good enough for this lobby. I play during peak hours, no way there's not enough Plats in the pool. I thought ranked games are more "strict" when it comes to MMR disparity?

Ranked queues feel like Unrated the past 2 weeks. I always get low Golds, even got a Silver again last night. The comms in these lobbies are non-existent, being a P3, it is indeed frustrating.

If anyone is experiencing the same queues, feel free to share. Thank you.

i dropped 2 ranks almost 3 since the 5.01 patch happened i went from top/2nd fragging in highgold/plat lobbys to bottomfragging against bronzes and silvers that are just insane anyone else had this issue?
