Is anyone else experiencing this every game?

I probably played 10 ranked games since placing in Bronze 2, and no matter what happens - blowout loss, match MVP win, overtime win or loss - every single match is worth +/-25 RR.

I know this isn't how it should be based on the description in the ranked changes breakdown.

I'm wondering if this is limited to specific accounts, or is game-wide, or maybe a visual glitch?

I'm really liking the new progress bar though!
