I finally hit plat for the first time yesterday and I'm so stoked! I can feel myself improving massively, now lets hope I can reach Diamond :)

How do you guys warm up? I really need advice cause I feel like I play the best after doing an unrated match. However sometimes after I finish the unrated match I'll already be burnt out. So I wanted to know how do you warm up before comps...
