I have played 10 games as iron 3 today. In 8 out of 10 of those games, I have had a decent amount of kills each game and top fragging three of those games.  I still have not ranked up to bronze and at this point, I don't know if I ever will. Can someone please tell me what's going on or if there's any way to help me rank up?
