I decided the Reaver Vandal in-game was looking a bit dry, so I decided to create a bloom-ey version for the visuals. Maybe I’ll create a finisher as well.

Can we have a skins wishlist?
Riot doesn't seem to want to change the shop format and we have hundreds of skins, so maybe they could add some skins wishlist so those skins have more chances to appear in your shop. Maybe a 1.5x or 2x chances to appear
