I have been watching valorant esports for quite some time now and i always had one question: when they shoot their crosshair is always in the middle and never moves, is it insane recoil control?

Idea to combat leavers
I got the idea of seriously deterring leavers by requiring leavers to finish a full unrated match before being able to queue up into another competitive game.
