Is he useful or a niche pick? over or underpowered? Opinions on his kit and balance? I saw a lot of people saying he was op whrn he released but i personally think there are better sentinels, even more so for competitive play.

Noticed the purple variant (default) has the color shift with movement feature while the other color variants do not have this. Why? Do other skins suffer from this as well? Example: move camera left and right purple variant changes color...
