I bought ion energy sword 10 days ago and I didn’t upgrade it at all. I checked my shop today and I see I have celestial fan but I am unable to refund energy sword. It has been less than 10 days why am I not able to refund it. When I go to refund it and go to my purchase history it shows that I don’t have any items to refund. Already sent a ticket but they haven’t responded it has been 24 hours.

Is kills/kda really important than being a support?
I reached diamond3 but currently struggling to reach ascendant, I mostly main initiator agents like skye and breach and I mostly grinded all the way here with only being the mvp a couple of times, I usually average atleast 10-15 kills a gam...
