Refund Question

I bought ion energy sword 10 days ago and I didn’t upgrade it at all. I checked my shop today and I see I have celestial fan but I am unable to refund energy sword. It has been less than 10 days why am I not able to refund it. When I go to refund it and go to my purchase history it shows that I don’t have any items to refund. Already sent a ticket but they haven’t responded it has been 24 hours.
