The remake SHOULDN'T even be a VOTE in the first place, it should just auto draw the match if someone is afk, so that no one who has a brain disease can purposefully decline because their "friend" is having problems, just slap them with a timer and just remake the entire match.

The second option is, to increase the remake time from 2 to 4 rounds, or even 3 would work considering how many times I've missed remakes due to the player not being detected afk in the second round.

The third option for riot is, to greatly reduce the amount of RR lost and slightly increase the amount of RR gained when the match is finished due to the team with an afk being at a disadvantage throughout the game, with bans/reduced RR for the AFK offender.

Also riot needs to take a look at better afk detection, and I think a combination of all these methods would definitely make a better remake system than the garbage mess that we have right now.
