You can literally see everyones abilities by hitting Alt and looking at them. Yes, it's really that simple. If the heart is white you can get healed, if it's grey NO HEAL POSSIBLE. Stop spamming comms hurling insults at Sage to heal you, that won't speed up the countdown.

Party not eligible, have to win 10 more unranked matches Glitch!!
Here is the SS. We just played an ranked match and after that we get this message . Can't Queue for ranked matched anymore. Says we need to win 10 more unranked matches! Like what just happened?
