Title says it all. There has to be more surrender attempts per half, esp. with AFKres, esp. in Unrated. In Unrated you should be able to surrender every 2-3 rounds. Without every AFK immediate surrender attempt must be given.

Phoenix is supposed to be a "well rounded" character. He has a molly, a wall, healing and a flash but compared to other agents he's just.. disappointing.. it's like.. is that it?? I would suggest buffing him by making all of his moves come...
