What is max damage?

I hit a Phoenix for 171 and apparently he was still alive? I thought the max hp was 150, so is there something I'm not getting?

Glitchpop 2.0 Vandal Tracer Change

I love the new Glitchpop vandal; however, I'm finding the tracer hard to see when firing it to spray control, Riot. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, I think it might need a change.
