Title. It seems like there have been multiple cases of this, shown below:

Raze Boombot:

Raze Boombot Spawned a Soul Orb

Skye Ultimate:

​

Skye Ultimate Spawns multiple Soul Orbs

It seems like it only happens when another teammate assists in destroying the ability, if this has happened to anybody else let me know.

P.S. not sure if this is a bug or not, but when in Reyna ultimate assists don't seem to spawn orbs.
