I remember ESEA had an option for this, not so much about how it worked. Basically if someone DC'd or got kicked out a ringer would join in his place. Being a ringer was optional and you'd have to enable it, so what's in it for you? Regardless of the outcome, no ELO is lost and you still have the chance to wi .
Thoughts? Considering the amount of AFKs is one of the main problems with ranked I'd like this.
