I think a fully-indoors map would be awesome for this game. Riot can use themes like Kingdom's basement where a crates of radianites are stored, which is reasonable because Omega Earth is after the radianites. Now, lineups like Viper's molly wouldn't work indoors because it would hit the roof. The only thing that this would work is to make it a large area that looks like one of those underground military bases in the movies where the big machinery is being stored or it could be a large underground warehouse for radianites, similar to the map Icebox but underground. Also, a little bit of outdoors just for the attacker's spawn would be great where they have to go into the underground warehouse to go to sites (could be A, B, and C).
