You may notice that the percentage of radiant/population size of KR is nearly 0.5% compared to 0.02% in APAC and EU, which is a 25 times difference compared to ~5 between the easiest and hardest server to get Challenger in LoL.
Also Riot should make the lp gain in plat/diamond/immortal smaller or add another tier between Plat and Diamond (Emerald in lol wild rift for example) or add another division on non apex tiers so that Immortals harder to reach thus return the number of Immortal players consistent with the rank curve.

Best way to find a team?
I love playing in tourneys, scrims, and just 5 stacking in general, so I want to find a team to compete with. The problem is, I'm not sure where to look or what to do in order to find one. Any suggestions for finding teams?
