I just realised that kayo has the Riot fist bump displayed on his head for a split second when you hover over him and i have never seen it before. So was this always a thing or did they just add this?

Any tips to Start playing Neon?
I have seen a lot of videos of people playing neon and i though its a very good agent to Start playing agressively
