Riot needs to compensate players when a teammate goes afk for more than half the game

Just won a 4v5 where w teammate went afk for 11-12 rounds. Only ended up winning 16rr despite dropping over 20 kills. The win feels a lot less satisfying after receiving the same amount of rr for such a feat.

how is it fair that a bronze player can't team up with gold player but can go up against gold players on the opposing team?

Know any good aim warmup/training routines that I can do?

currently doing 15-20 minutes of different aimlab routines, but I heard you should be using the range instead. I have no idea what you should do in the range so any recommendations?
