Everyone knows Phoenix is in a bad spot right now, and he isn't a character that gets particular stronger as the meta develops like Cypher or Viper. So why was his last buff in the Ice Box changes? I just want to know what Riot has in store (if anything) for our favorite fire radiant.
Have they known he has been underpowered but have other priorities? Do they think he is in a fine state? Are they struggling to come up with a proper change to give him a greater niche? Do they have something in the pipeline?
Whatever it is, I just want to know.
