I played when game released and quit for 1.5 years. After coming back I still see Oni as recommendation to Phantom players and Prime/Reaver as recommendation to Vandal players. Can't really argue with them. So what exactly is happening? Riot skin department fell off or these 1775 GOAT skins are timeless pieces?
