I recently realized that it super helps to be positive and to encourage people to play better, safer, smarter. Not once have I won a game by telling my bottom frag: I believe in you. if you get a kill, we win the round, we win the game....

When i managed to get out of bronze, for some reason silver seemed so much easier for some reason. I dont think i improved but i was getting so much more kills in silver than in bronze
