Sarmad skins would be super dope with effects

Basically what the title says. Sarmad skins were pretty mid without effects, except for the melee which was pretty nice, but with them they could've been insanely cool, am I the only one?

I am currently bronze 2 rn and sometimes I do really bad. Probably cuz i ADS alot but what are some good tips to get out of low ranks?
