I think it is safe to say that most people are very unsatisfied with the current way that the shop works in VALORANT, and I'm not here to suggest a complete change to it, but something that could probably work better than the current way it is. My suggestion is to add a daily reroll system, which basically means that everyday you would be able to reroll your shop once, this wouldn't be stackable and it wouldn't change the FOMO effect, as you would need to log in everyday just as it currently is, but it would probably make the wait for the skin you want to appear less painful.
Another thing they could do without changing the current UI too much is to add a second page of gun skins on your shop, though I think this wouldn't work as well as the rerolling system, because being able to reroll would make people consider buying a skin in their shop before rerolling since when they reset their shop that skin is gone for a long time.
My last suggestion wasn't very well received and I think I understand why, I feel like people misunderstood me and thought I was obligating Riot to add what I wanted, even though that was not my intention, so I tried to be a little more casual with this post, that's all!
