All initiators have at least one ability with some sort of audio or visual cue, except Breach:

Sova: both recon bolt (audio + visual) and drone (audio + visual) when an enemy is tagged

Skye: Guiding light (audio) and trailblazer (audio + visual), seekers (though admittedly that's the point of the ult)

Kay/O: Zero point (audio and visual)

Fade: Haunt (audio + visual), prowler (audio when it hits the enemy), Nightfall (audio + visual)

I feel like adding a "they're concussed" line to Breach's fault line would make him on par with the rest of the initiators without giving him a significant edge. Thoughts?
