When I play with a friend of mine he always brings me down by saying that it's always my fault when we lose. he also never takes responsibility for his deaths and always screams at the team. The worst part is I don't feel like i play any better with him. Is it maybe time to look for another duo.

Silver 1 to Silver 3 real quick. Can I get an explanation of how RR works?
