Should I only be going for headshots?

For reference I’m silver 1. I feel like I’m often being killed by someone shooting into my chest before I have time to line up a headshot. Should I just be doing the same and aim for the chest, as it takes less time to get on target?

Why do people care so much about headshot percentage?

People that have those in game tracker extensions always get mad at me when I pick a dualist as I have a headshot percentage of 10%. However I do have a win percentage of 62% and a kd of 1.09. Is that not more important?

Is the night market not supposed to be skins based off the guns you use? With league of legends you get skins cheaper based off characters you have recently been playing. I got skins that are 1. Horrible and 2. All eco guns
