I am currently a diamond 1 player and a Cypher one-trick, I have been getting a lot of toxicity for playing him. It seems every 3-4 games I hear one of my teammates complain about me locking Cypher instead of Chamber. I have always been of the believe that you should just play who you like because its a game, but if my choices are so negatively affecting their games I'm willing to make a switch. Im wondering is cypher so out of meta that I essentially throw games by playing him as my teammates suggest or do you think its ok to keep playing Cypher.

Asking for an ACE doesn't really count as an ACE
This is just my opinion but everytime I watch ACE clips there's always a few that say "Let me get the ACE" right when I hear that then it loses that clutch/wow feel. And I think that an ACE is more rewarding when you're not asking for it....

If you don’t know anything about how the game works, please play more casual before you start competitive.
